ANDREW DUNCAN

Andrew is an associate attorney at Southern Estate Lawyers, focusing his practice on estate planning and probate. Committed to helping families navigate estate matters, he takes a personable approach to understanding each client’s unique situation and goals.

Andrew was born and raised as the son of a Navy Physician and graduated from Pace High School in Pensacola. He attended the University of South Florida with a major in English before pursuing a legal career. Andrew earned his law degree from Savannah Law School, where he worked as an intern for the Georgia Legal Services Program helping indigent clients and served as a legal librarian. He was licensed to practice in Alabama in December 2018 and has been developing his estate and probate practice since.
