DESTINY WIGGINS

Destiny Wiggins is a Trust and Estates Paralegal here at Southern Estate Lawyers. Originally from Decatur, Alabama, Destiny moved to Birmingham to attend law school at Miles Law School. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Wallace State Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University, and a Juris Doctorate from Miles Law School.

Before joining Southern Estate Lawyers, Destiny worked at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama as a case administrator and docket clerk, where she handled opening and closing cases, tracking deadlines, managing service, filing, and drafting various court orders.

Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her three children, and her top bucket list item is to travel all over Africa.
