BROOKE GRAHAM

Brooke is an Associate Attorney with Southern Estate Lawyers providing legal counsel and representation in estate planning, probate, and estate disputes. Though Brooke recently joined the Alabama Bar in April of 2024, she has nearly six years of experience working in all areas of practice within the legal field. Furthermore, as a law student, Brooke participated in a student practitioner internship with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts, which allowed her ample trial, motion, and courtroom experience. 

Born in Seattle, Washington, Brooke has moved around several times, with the primary years of her childhood taking place in Greenville, Michigan. At the age of sixteen she moved to Gardendale, Alabama where she graduated high school and has been a resident within the community since. Brooke initially attended the University of Montevallo as an athlete running cross-country and track. After a serious injury during her sophomore season, she transferred to the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she graduated with her Bachelors of Science in psychology and criminal justice. She then attended law school at New England Law | Boston and graduated with her Juris Doctor. Brooke successfully completed the Alabama bar examination and was licensed within the State of Alabama in April of 2024. 

Outside of work Brooke has three dogs she loves to spend time with. She is an avid runner and bookworm and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
