Born and raised in Foley, Alabama, Randall attended law school at the University of Alabama, School of Law.  Since graduating, he has practiced law in the areas of estates and trust litigation, will contests, unauthorized practice of law, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, personal injury and insurance claims.

Having practiced law for over two decades in the Probate and Circuit Courts of Alabama, Randall has forged a career as a trial lawyer and has won numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements for his client.  He is a zealous advocate for his clients and never shies away from holding a wrongdoer accountable.  Some of Randall’s notable wins include:

  • $8,000,000.00 Jury Verdict in a Medical Malpractice case;
  • $5,000,000.00 Settlement in a Products Liability matter;

Randall is currently working on a complex $10,000,000+ estate dispute where he represents a minor who lost his father unexpectedly and due to the actions of this minor’s extended family members, was cut out of his inheritance.  This dispute involves complicated corporate assets, large parcels of real estate, entertainment venues, and several investment portfolios.

Outside of the office, Randall enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
